We were with a party of 18 and found this place to be just what was needed. It was very busy with wedding parties and large tourist groups but still managed to find the personal touch.Food was always fresh, sometimes a little over cooked and sometimes items ran out as there were so many guests dining at the same time. Deficiencies... More

Rooms were ok, food was ok, no wifi, you have to pay £8 per 24 hours of wifi, I stayed here for 3 days and breakfast was average although the evening meal was always good, all food was buffet style, rooms were small, bathroom was small... Really just an average Hotel...

The lobby looks good. Other than that there is hardly anything good to mention about this hotel. We stayed in multiple rooms and all of them were in pretty poor condition: falling apart furniture, shower that spills water all over the bathroom, hair blower that had parts coming out of it. No irons in the rooms - you have to... More

Big, busy hotel, but they find the time to care about you. Rooms are not new but clean. The breakfast is really good, eggs, fruits, cereals..From 2 steps of central bus station and tramway that leads you to old city (6 1/2 nis).I love this place and for sure we'll return there on our next passage.

Room was dirty, hairs in bathroom and beds, Food terrible. We stayed for 4 days, not one change in the meals. At breakfast, at 8am, no fruit, plates dirty. Service was OK, but cleanliness and food terrible.

First the pluses: Erev Pesah..fresh and wholesome vegetables at every meal. considering the reduced variety of ingredients at this time of the year most of the cooked offerings were tasty. As noted the lobby is engaging and nicely appointed. Unfortunately the rooms showed obvious signs of wear...broken windows, holy curtains, the room bathrooms showed newly replaced sinks and furnishings but... More

This out of the center hotel has basic rooms and food. Old city and other tourist attractions are still on walking distance or can be reached by the tram system of which is stop is very close by. Cost price is lower then hotels in the real center without losing the feeling you are in this beautiful city.

The hotel is old and the roons as well. They didnt clean well, we were in 3 persons in the room and they always setup only two beds and put only two towels for 3 persons. Everyday we needed to call for more towels and for clean the rooom. The hotel is always with big groups, so to get the... More

Being with a tour group you often get put in these kind of hotels, huge, factory style megastructures that have absolutely no character. The rooms were O.K and so was the food, but no more than that. There is a nearby tram you can take to the city centre.

We stayed here on a weekday because of its location near the Convention Center. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of our stay. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable, and a mini-fridge was instantly supplied upon request. Breakfast buffet choices were plentiful, plus eggs made to order. Go downstairs and you're in a small mall,... More
