my husband took me to this hotel on my birthday, let me tell you that was a great gift!!! the hotel is diffrent from any other, nothing is ordenary, everything has a unique touch and amazing design. We loved it!! the view from our room was to the street, nothing special, the service was great and the breakfast is the... More

The breakfast is great, lots of areas to relax and chill out in. The pool in the spa is too small for lengths, but it is a nice spa. The only grips (and I have this with all hotels in Israel), is that the service can be somewhat prickly and at times, rude. It simply isn't good enough when rooms... More

My husband and i stayed at the Mamilla hotel for 2 nights over a weekend in May and thoroughly enjoyed it. i was very surprised to read some of the reviews on this site since we found the service to be excellant, the rooms luxurious and the location of course is unbeatable. The dining room was elegant and quiet and... More

I will be travelling to Jerusalem in July with family and am interested in staying at this hotel. I have e-mailed them asking for a quote for 3 rooms for one week but I cant get a response. I'm just wondering if this is the type of service that some of the other reviewers here are talking about.

The hotel is expensive but the price is justified. The rooms are luxurious an the hotel displays the air of luxruy you would expect. The location is ideal for visiting the sights. If you are going to stay in luxury I do not think you will be disappointed by staying here.

My wife and I booked into this hotel for 5 days in March. The hotel was splendid from the check in procedures to the front of house managers to the breakfast. The location is excellent and the shopping centre to which it is attached contained beautiful stores and enough restaurants to keep us busy. It is marvelously positioned near the... More

I would not recommend staying in this hotel. The design is nice but that's about it. The bathroom is totally disfunctional. Everything gets wet from the shower and there's hardly any space to put toiletries. We spent most of the time mopping the floor so we didn't slip on it. You can't even plug the sink to wash things. The... More

We picked Mamilla because of its great location. Although we were aware of prior guests' comments about the at-best mixed level of service and were prepared for it, we had secretly hoped that perhaps with the several recent responses from the hotel manager on TA, this history of poor service might have improved. It has not. First, the positives: Great... More

Location, location, location. The Mamilla mall is really right next door. And Jerusalem old town (through Jaffa entrance) is like 5 mins walk. Depending on how long will it take you to stoll down the mamilla mall alley. Service was excellent. We arrived around 5AM and considering that normal check-in is at 12nn, the gentleman gave us a temporary room... More

This is an interesting foo-foo design of a hotel in a prime location next to the Old City. I was going to write War and Peace on my stay, but upon reviewing the previous 6 or 7 reviews, my underlying views are very similar in that the service just does not match up to the quality and image the hotel...
