I often stayed at this place and also referred several customers. The owner was extremely rude to me when I canceled a reservation with a week's notice. She insulted me in French and cursed me, even though I payed her close to 600 USD a month for 5 months for a tiny non-heated room. I thought it would be fine to cancel a reservation, just like it is with any other hotels that require a 24 hour advance noticed, but she was quick to curse at me. Very unprofessional. For the location and price, I do not recommend it. more
