We are a family of 4. The room ("suite") is very small and crowded with too many furnitures. The service is unpleasant, the staff is not willing to help. The food is below avarage, and the line is endless because there is only one buffe. The pool is very nice for children (not suitable for swimming)

Due to an unfortunate error of our travel agent we got to Eilat (with our two teenagers) and found our invitation was canceled. One of the best hotels I have ever visited. Central location, peaceful and nice atmosphere. Excellent food and service. Rooms are clean, large and well-equipped. Pool area is very pleasant. Number of shops, minimarket open early in the morning and late in the evening. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

This is the only hotel we stay in in Eilat. The suites are wonderfully sized and very comfortable. Facilities are superb for young and older children. Location is also excellent.
