Rooms were very spacious and quite, bed was comfortable, bathroom was small but clean. The location could not be better (3 minutes walk from Blue Mosque and Aya Sofya). Owner was very pleasant, well informed and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel.

This very good a comfortable budget accomodation. My room was not big but spacious enough for solo traveller. Free Wi-Fi is available. We arrived in Sultanhamet with no reservation at all, while walking the street looking for an hotel I picked this guesthouse because of the nice pictures on the door, and the family like atmosphere. We stayed here for four nights, the room was spacious although the bathroom was quite small,the standard of cleanliness throughout was excellent. After many years travelling, it is rewarding to find a hotel nicely located at a walking distance of all attractions. Very cleaned facilities. The room 42 has a unbelievable views to Bosforo strait, Marmara Sea and Golden Horn. The best, the service offered by the owners and their employee. The breakfast may be improved. Reasonable price. Higly recommended.
