Good location, clean basic room. We met one staff member that was not so friendly and gave us a hard time but the others were fine. This hotel should be your choice if you want to stay in a good location but put in mind that you'll be on your own!

Super friendly and helpful staff: When there was problems with my online check-in, they rang to Turkish Airlines and fixed it :) Nice and clean room, nice view from the breakfast room on the top floor (you can see the Bosporus Strait, actually).

I felt so much at home with family, the staff were very pleasant, helpful, Mr Yakun was a great help and the others too, the suite was always kept very clean, breakfast was more than what you ask for all in all would love to go back.

Stayed for 4 days and very happy with the overall package. A tad disappointed bcos our room didn't come with a kitchenette as shown in the website. But the service was excellent. Great location. Mr Osman and Mr Akin among the staff were outstanding. Strongly recommended
