To give this hotel a 5 star rating is a little generous to say the least. The thing that lets this place down the most, in my opinion, is the food. This hotel was terrible. It is in the middle of no where in istanbul, there is nothing around but a mcdonalds. I went there for a convention but i was greatly dissapointed. This hotel is next to the Tuyap exhibition and convention centre. What an ideal location to book if you are attending a conference (you would have thought). I have been in Kaya for business many times during last couple of years. It's a five star hotel. There is a fitness club, sauna, 2 pools and many other services available for the guests.
