The room was spacious and extremely clean! the staff were very nice, there was a nice balcony to open the doors to and look out for fresh air. The welcome fruit were great. I had a poor stay at this so called 4 star deluxe hotel. We checked in late at night. waited around for a few minutes for the receptionist to turn up at the desk. His English was poor. No luggage porter was available to bring the bags from the street up the escalator, for my elderly relatives. Rooms were clean... More
