Really nice property at Taksim square. The front desk was always smiling and gives a welcoming feeling. I always like when the reception calls you by name over the phone. This hotel is beautuful and has extremely well trained and courteous staff. The room was very clean and well designed. After flying for most of the day (and night ) the bed was exqusitely comforable. This hotels best asset is the extremely friendly, polite, and helpful staff. They made you feel you very welcomed. Outstanding hotel!!!

stayed for 4 nights just before Easter and really enjoyed the stay. The rooms on the concierge level were very spacious with a super view and the staff bent over backwards to be helpful.
