Apartment owners are extremely nice, helpful and accommodating. The view is pretty good but the balcony to be warned is not a real balcony where a couple people can have drinks. The aprtment itself is clean, newly renovated, and simply decorated. The wireless and satellite TV are nice bonuses. I would definitely stay here again.

The exceptional service of the owner alone, makes this hotel apartment stand out from others world wide. The apartments are homey and comfortable. The location is wonderful and has easy access to central Istanbul. Highly recommendable.

The view from the apartment is very nice. When you wake up early morning and have your coffee in the terrace you will have a wonderful view of the Bosphorus and enjoy unforgettable moments. Moreover, Eniz and his family represent a good exmple of the generosity of Turkish peolpe. Eniz is willing to help you, give guidance and suggest tours... More

We rented Apartment 1, which has two bedrooms and a really nice terrace with amazing views of the mouth of the Bosphorus and the Maiden's Tower. Very clean and well-kept, comfortable furnishings, and a nice well-equipped kitchen. Eniz the owner is very nice and willing to help with any and all aspects of your trip.
