Although the room I stayed in was small, it was cozy and well laid-out. In fine weather the rooftop terrace bar-restaurant is a fine place to survey the view of Istanbul and surrounding waterways. The concierge, named "Sedat" was particularly helpful and was fluent in English.

Friendly staff and great service. Sedat, our host, was always ready and able to help. The hotel offers free Turkish breakfast with a variety of cheese and pastries, hot dishes, fruits, yogurt, and drinks. Walking distance to major sights and tram.
