We loved the professional, friendly atmosphere from the moment we stepped inside. "You are home" we were told and felt very comfortable. The staff is amazing - always ready to help out with useful advice. The rooms were small compared to US standards - but who needs a huge room when you have an awesome view. Overall a 5 rating...
