I stay here everytime when I come to Istanbul with my familiy for business and I feel very good. Is clean, comfortable and close to the Grand Bazar. I stay in December 2011, March 2012 and I will go in May-June also.

New hotel, clean comfortable room (4* level). But it's terrible if you were accomodated on the floor 1, behind the reception. Staff were listening to the music all night, no care about us. Hotel is in a crowded downtown area on a busy street. Reception area and staff are ok. The rooms seemed clean but are very tight on space with no natural sunlight or view.

that was a family trip and we stayed at this hotel. it was a great experience for us. the hotel was newly renovated, very comfortable and clean. the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. the breakfast has huge selection. it is very close to grand bazaar and hagia sophia. no doubt, we ll absolutely come back here..
