Hotel Saba Sultan is located in a small, quiet street that's extremely close to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and other touristy main streets without being in the middle of the chaos. I'm talking about a 4-min walk on cobblestone- beware a lot of the streets in Old City is hilly! The staff treated us like FAMILY- Tuba, Youlis, and... More

Stayed for three nights in May 2012. This is a very comfortable hotel in a great loaction for old Istanbul. The room was not large but lovely decor and very well kept; spotlessly clean. The staff are extremely helpful and very friendly.

Very nice hotel near Istanbul's historical buildings Hagia Sopha, Blue Mosque and Topkapi-Palace. Even if the area is very crowded, the hotel is in a small back street and thus the place is very quiet. Our room was on the top floor with a great view to the other side of the Bosphorus. It was clean and quiet and we... More

The hotel is conveniently located near the main sites and a short walk to the tram to explore the rest of the city. Due to its proximity to the tourist sites the area is quite noisy and the room’s are not well sound proofed. Noise from other guests did bother us from time to time, especially the slamming of doors.... More

Very good hotel, located in a nice area, lively and close to the historical heart. Istanbul's main historical builings are only a few minutes away by feet, very convenient (don't need to worry about transportations). Nice and clean, friendly staff.

I will review the other hotel (Hotel Saba) separately. Throughout the whole 'overbooking' fiasco the staff at both hotels were very apologetic, pleasant and helpful. This was... More

The hotel is a gem. The staff is very friendly and love to talk to you if you have time. My room, for one person, was beutiful, the bed is confortable. Excellent location. Bathroom space is tight. Location of hotel is not easy to find by taxis. Make sure to print the full address and a location map to give... More
