We stayed four nights here and loved it. Staff were exceptionally helpful - we had an issue with one of the tours (golden horn) where they cancelled the golden horn cruise (!) on the day without compensation, but Hotel Amira who booked the tour compensated us. We walked to everything except the Bosphorus - it is at the bottom of... More

From arrival to departure this was a first class hotel. On arrival they give you an introduction to Istanbul and continue to care about you during your stay. Rooms are good and the beds really comfortable. Location is perfect for walking to all the major sites. Rooftop bar is a perfect place to end the day with great views over... More

This hotel is a gem among a Plethora of hotels in the old city. From the moment you arrive you are made to feel welcome and the friendly staff go out of their way to keep that experience alive for the entire stay. From sitting down with you on arrival, determining the number of days you are staying and suggesting... More

Roof with a cocktail is peaceful and great view at dusk. Staff very helpful with buying tickets in advance and directions. Room immaculate and bedding same quality as JW Marriott. (: good location between blue mosque and Sea of Marmara. Uphill > 500 M walk to Blue Mosque. Fair price for location at 100 euro/ night

What a lovely welcome on arrival - the staff are friendly and informative, rooms well appointed, lovely rooftop terracce to start or end your day. Breakfast is varied and more than ample. Free afternoon tea service is available - although we didn't get to use it ! Location is perfect for walking to the local restaurants, mosques and main square.... More

We absolutely loved this hotel! From start to finish, everything was just perfect. Upon arrival, we were given a welcome drink and very nice orientation of the area. This made us feel right at home and ready to explore. Our room was lovely, spacious and well-appointed. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with plenty of fruits, yogurt, breads and hot... More

Excellent location within ease in the sultanhmet area..though better to cab down from airport. Staff were excellent which allowed us to check in early with an upgrade on the first night. Highlight were the rooms which had beautiful lighting and well stocked bathroom amenities. Beds were so comfortable, rooms were spacious and even though we were on the first floor... More

Great location (near the Blue Mosque in Sultanahmet), very helpful staff, good price, excellent breakfast and beautiful room. Far better than the usual chain hotels we normally use in big cities. Only minor drawback is that there is no restaurant but there are many good places within a five minute walk.

We stayed ?n th?s hotel for 5 n?ghts ?nbetween two tours. Everything was within reach, plenty excellent places to eat in, so it was an excellent position. The hotel itself is a clever and 'cute' design. The service is excellent. Arthur is a very nice and accomodating host. The rooms are immaculate and refreshed daily. I am happy to mention... More
