This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. I don't know what the criteria for giving stars to hotels are but if cleanliness was one of them it would not have even one star. The bathroom was full of hairs and the towels apart from torn had stains on them. The walls were also dirty and the drain stinks.... More

Good location for easy access to the trams but limited in terms of other attractions. Hotel was clean and staff friendly, rooms are on the small side but good value. Breakfast was disappointing if you are looking for anything remotely western.
