I have just returned from Istanbul. Hotel Arden City has the perfect location in the old city. The room was quiet and clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, the breakfast excellent. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who likes to have all the sites on walking distance.

Hotel is in a great location a minute walk from the tram station, blue mosque and plenty of other great attractions. Rooms are small but comfortable. My only suggestion would be nicer towels and a better hairdryer. It is five minute walk to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque & Topkapi Palace; fifteen minutes walk to Bosphorus for ferry ride on Asia & Europe and within walking distance to Grand Bazaar. Excellent location, clean enough but very very small rooms, noisy heating, good breakfast (but every day was exactly the same). The juice machine was not working and we had to pay for a fresh juice. If you had to pay the half money (of 120 euro! per night) you could stay there. There are many better hotels in the area... More

For the value and the location this is the best place to stay for the old city feel and charm. Everything is in walking distance, the staff is very helpful and the turkish bath is a must have experience.
