the suite was ok to the value of money , staff are very great , breakfast was poor and resturant is small , the hotel main entrance is low and stairs are narrow so be carefull with children .

Firstly the location is incredibly convenient. Secondly the hotel is clean and, most important, the staff is nice and friendly, willing to help and assist the tourist. Nice terrace with view over the Marmara sea where breakfast is served. The price is reasonable and totally acceptable for a clean and central room.

First we did not get the room we reserved and we did not get compensated after asking. During new years eve money was stolen from our rooms. Someone has been searching very carefully trough all our lugage.

First off, they had a slight problem with over booking and we were asked to stay at the St. Sophia hotel for three days, which was rather noisy. The front desk feels like it is almost in your room!
