High quality all around. Great location and customer service. There were a few power outages during our stay, and the staff kindly offered to move us to a room further away from the backup generator. The breakfast was more extensive than at other hotels I've stayed at in Turkey.

Excellent place to stay if your going to Istanbul. It has everything you need for a great stay in the city, close to all the major attractions. It also has great views of the city. The staff are very very helpful and respond to your needs and inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
