The Rovshan is a very small "Russian" hotel, close to everything in downtown Tashkent. The rates are cheap, about $40 US per night. Nice small center courtyard. My appreciation is on a very helpful staff of travel agency there (advantour) and another event when I forgot my purse on my bed then I realised and run back to found my forgotten purse still laid on my bed and room already cleaned by routine cleaner.
