Have been there often in the last three years and the services keeps improving. The rooms are nice and well kept. The staff are helpful. The breakfast is very good. The gym/pool/club is amazing. Food is a little overpriced but decent. Best choice in Dusanbe.

Stayed here for 8 nights. Nothing unusual about the hotel, just like any other plain vanila Hyatt but way over priced. Service was very slow. Breakfast was below average for such a price. No iron. Internet not included and expensive. Away from all activities and I found it very boring.
