Excellent location.Service, reception, staffs - AMAZIN; rooms not upto the mark Internet access very slow in rooms; but wi-fi in lounge. Obtained best prices via travel agents. Was their around christmas and had a lovely atmosphere and decorations. Food is excellent....great variety of restaurants.Try their Royal Thai and Saffron restaurants - great value for money! more

This is a good Hotel in Colombo with a beautiful outdoor/pool area on the lake and a lovely refurbished foyer. The room that we stayed in hadn't been refurbished but it was still roomy and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was pretty good - although seating was limited. All in all a good hotel. more

Very good hotel. Good rooms, Excellent food. Good location. I felt the bathroom size could have been bigger. There was no Neo sports in the TV. Else everything is great about this hotel. They played some amazing music in the night I stayed there. They also arranged for a Srilankan art form show for our group. Overall an amazing experience. more
