The hotel itself is very nice. The rooms are spacious and clean. I was impressed by the overall cleanliness of the hotel as well as the professional massage they offer. The fitness center offers everthing you would need to have in order to accomodate a work out. The front door, bell staff and receptionist at the front desk were attentive and spoke moderate english. The morning breakfast buffet was a complete diaster. I would say that the food and beverage outlets on the lobby level need some serious lessons on service. The employees congrate in groups ignoring the guests, they do everything to avoid contact, and barely speak any english. One thing is this hotel will nickle and dime you for everything they can. When they call to confirm my airline reservations, I had to pay for the call even though their business center made the call.
