Stayed here for 3 nights. Staff does not speak/understand English. Wifi is very very slow, but free. It's 2km from downtown so be prepared to walk a lot, it's hard to get a tuktik from here. More

Villa Sisavad is a small family run place. Not all members speak English but someone is always around to assist. Remember Lao is fairly new to tourism and this is why we venture to these places. Right, it's maybe the only one with a (tiny) swimming pool and that is very nice. The rooms are very simple and windowless. Pickup at the airport worked great.
