“The only good thing is the view”

The room smells bad, the stuff should be trained to smile, the manager is terabla, the rooms are small the shower is dirty... I recomand on Viengsavanh Guest House or Inthira Vangvieng - much much better! More

You can have much more in much less in the Vang Vieng. The rooms smells bad, the shower is old, the bed is a disaster, the stuff attitude is terrible! The hotel manager treat the guests like they were one of the 100 slaves he keeps there, while he cant stop eating in the restaurant the bad food they serve........ More

Good quality accommodation in Vang Vieng is fairly light on. You are looking at basic quality 3 star at the best. Go expecting this standard and you will be fine. I was tossing up between 2 options, both have mixed reviews on TA and on arrival I discovered they are right next door to each other and look externally about... More

“Fantastic location, let down by poor staff communications and moderate room - despite having river view”

We went for a more expensive chalet style room overlooking the river but it was tired and cleaning was not done until late in the afternoon. Choose a room set back from the river would be our advice.
