This is a lovely hotel. More of a hotel feel than a guesthouse and the price reflects it (roughly 1000THB/night). It's very clean and spacious. The staff speak wonderful English and were extremely helpful with locating local sights. I'm a SWF and felt very safe at this hotel. They offer bicycle rentals but they don't advertise such, so you have... More

I really enjoyed my 2 nites at the Aroon Residence. It has to be one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in in Asia. The rooms are kept really cool with a fan and air con.The WIFI is excellent and the hotel has a great location; <10 minute walk from the centre of town. It is also a very... More

The room was huge, equivalent to at least three average rooms that we encountered in Lao. Very clean with a large bathroom. Easy 10 to 15 minute walk into the city centre. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet location. The only downside was the breakfast which was one of worst we struck in Lao. That said a short 10 minute... More

I loved it here and stayed three nights. I don't know why it is classed as a B&B on TripAdvisor, as it definitely has the feel and style of a hotel. I booked a superior double room - the room was huge (actually 2 rooms with an archway connecting - with an aircon unit and fan in each room). The... More

We stayed two nights and our room was clean (though strangely organized - not much room for our stuff). It had good AC and hot water, and a good breakfast. The staff helped us book our bus to Vang Vieng. We were within walking distance of most of the sights we wanted to see in Vientiane.

Guest house is located in town near the Morning Market, but is still calm & quiet because slightly away from the main street. Size of rooms is acceptable and hotel is very clean. Staff was courteous, polite and nice as most places in Laos (at least compared to other countries in Asia). Free shuttle bus can reliably pick you up... More

This has got to be the cleanest hotel i've ever stayed in, the roomladies were constantly mopping and dusting. We stayed in an executive room on the second floor. The room was huge yet not very comfortable. Furniture was for appearance rather than use. Nobody seems to have thought about the needs of a hotel guest; where to put the... More

Stayed here after the bumpy ride down from Luang Phrabang and found it a clean and quiet hotel just off a major street a short walk from the downtown tourist area. Nice bathrooms and beds - clean and comfortable - felt like a business hotel - good breakfast and service - great value - would highly recommend.

The Aroon Residence is one of the most clean hotels we have ever stayed in. Actually, to say this hotel is clean is an understatement. Besides being clean, this hotel provides one of the best values for your money that you will find while traveling. The rooms are very efficient, attractive and comfortable. The bathroom was roomy and the water... More

This modern, medium-sized hotel is located away from the touristy areas of the city, down a short alley, so it's quiet. Rooms are good-sized, AC, fans, with clean bathrooms, comfortable beds and wireless internet. Several staff spoke English and gave accurate directions. Local shopping and eating was nearby or an easy 10-15 minute walk to other hotels, bars, restaurants, shops... More
