I recently stayed with a friend for 5 nights at the Pavilion in the private pool room. The room has a lovely courtyard with a large plunge pool - about 2.5m x 5m. Loved not having to stress about whether lounges by the pool were available or not! Tuk tuk drivers out the front were great (English pretty good) -... More

This report is based on a stay in May 2008, and therefore it might not be the case today (not possible to choose that, therefore the date below is not correct). But I still want to tell you that we just had a wonderful stay here! It was just like returning to an oasis after a long day around Phnom... More

Stayed at the Pavilion for our first 2 nights in Cambodia and was impressed and agree that the hotel deserves its very strong reviews. We stayed in the basic double which was clean, comfortable and well-equipped (TV, safe, hair dryer, kettle, iPod dock, computer). There was free wireless Internet and an excellent breakfast served by the very pleasant pool. Service... More

The first thing you see when pulling up at the Pavilion is the two white elephants and a high white painted fence. But when you walk through the gate, the first words that come out of your mouth are "WOW!" You walk in past the huge pool area which is full of palm trees and other plants, with daybeds and... More

Small - But nice! Very friendly Staff and an excellent Place to spend some Days in Phnom Phen. One of the Best Places to relax after a hot and busy day is the wonderful Garden Area. We travell since over twenty Years in Asia. This was our first visit in Cambodia. But probably not our last! The price performance ratio... More

This was a surprise, because even though hotels look great online, it's not always the case.We stayed three nights in a private pool room, which was a blessing as the hotel pool seemed to be occupied by miserable French couples. The room was fine, the bed comfy, and the only complaint was that the bathroom was huge with no storage... More

Amazing room, we paid for one of the better rooms and were not disapointed. The pool was good, the day beds and loungers were great. The breakfast was ace, the staff were really nice. The corridoors and stairs gave away the history of the hotel, they were a bit office like, but it was an interessting building, looked like an... More

This was our third stay at The Pavilion and again we were more than impressed by the service, accommodation, breakfast and general ambiance here. We booked four rooms for four nights and from the minute we arrived until the minute we left it was nothing but exceptional service. Everything from baggage handling, check- in, laundry service to the great breakfast... More

For the price you pay, this is a good hotel, but there are a lot of flaws that can be annoying. As others have mentioned it is a nice place to come back to after exploring the city and it is in a great location. The staff are super friendly and are always willing to help, but they do lack... More

I am very sorry about the lack of attention you have received at the Spa, we will sort that out. I did not really make any difference between nationalities at the moment of recruitment, perhaps should I next time... We indeed ended-up with four Filipinos (out of 42 staff) , those four just seemed better on the day of recruitment... More

We only stayed here for 2 nights, wewould've stayed longer if they hadn't been fully booked, but they were the perfect start to our trip. Being very central to everything that you'd need, not far from markets, the temple or the river. We walked to a lot of places, but it's also very easy to get lazy and get a... More
