Quiet hotel full of Koreans. No free wifi, in fact very expensive to use which was a disappointment after free wifi in all the hotels in Vietnam. Breakfast ok, staff very friendly. Necessary to get a tuc tuc everywhere as not close to anything. more

Look, this hotel is in no way fancy. But they don't present themselves to be, either. They have no lift, so they charge less for rooms on the higer levels. The rooms and bathrooms aren't particularly clean. But the A/C WAS cold, there weren't bed bugs when I was there (thank GOD). Phnom Penh is hot as hell in the... more

The hotel is a place one would use for an overnight before catching a plane out of Phnom Penh. I was not impressed with either the service or the condition of the room. When we checked in our room had not been cleaned and the bathroom smelled. Very disappointing hotel and not in a very convenient location either. Would not... more

On checking out I went to pay for a small bottle of water that I had taken the previous day from the mini bar fridge. I was charged for an additional two large bottles of water which I had not used. Management used the excuse that I had been seen with a large bottle of water (which had been purchased... more

Room smelled very musty on entry, but bed linen was ok. Air con did work but the controls were limited to on/off as the thermostat at the side of the bed was broken. The shower was nothing short of deadly, with scalding water the norm if you did not know the procedure. The cold water pressure was very low. However... more

The hotel is situated on a busy main road but only a short tuk tuk ride from the makor tourist attractions. The public areas are small and the breakfast was an odd mixture of dishes. the room was dated but was clean and the air con was excellent. I am sure there are better hotels located nearer to the river... more

Previous reviews with mention of bedbugs, dirty room had me very concerned. My experience was actually very positive, and I tend to have very high standards when it comes to cleanliness. Room was large, sheets were clean, bathroom clean. Doorman/bellboy service attentive, front desk efficient, not extremely warm. Breakfast is Asian, with fruit and toast available for a Western option.... more

Not customer focused. 1) Rooms were so hot, aircon was not good. As I booked two rooms as my family stayed there, both were hot 2) The rooms were dirty. 3) Beds have bedbugs 4) Electricity was going off in the building a few times 5) Food in the restaurant is not good 6) There is a musty smell all... more

Stayed only one night at this hotel, but it whas one night to mutch. The room whas dirty, small dark, and shabby. The beds sheets not clean. Cockroach in the bathroom, The breakfast whas a joke. Choose at least a 4 star hotel in Phnom Penh to get ok standard. But we liked the city and the area by the... more

This wasn´t one of the best hotels that we have stayed at, in fact it wasn´t so nice... The beds were clean and quite OK but the rest of the room wasn´t clean. I dropped a thing under the bed and there where a lot of things under the bed, hadn´t probably been clean for years. The carpet was not... more
