We stayed at the FCC for three days, it was fantastic. The rooms were very nice unique and contemporary. The hotel has beautiful views along the Mekong , great sunset photo opportunities. The restaurant was open air with great food. The bathroom in the room was incredible, a true retreat. It is located right near the market and town center.... More

There is no question that the FCC has one of the best locations in town and as a result it is often full. However, the rooms are getting very tired indeed. During my last stay I was pretty unimpressed by the dirty bathrooms and the constant mosquitos! The restaurant is good even if a bit formulaic! More

We did not stay there but came for lunch. Food was very good but just expensive. We ate few places in Phnom Penh and they all good but much cheaper! Just good to be here during Happy Hour (5pm - 7pm). Will come back for drink soon More

We stayed at "Palace View" room, an annex. Nice view from the room, and it was a perfect place to be in Phnom Penh for new year's eve. We enjoyed seeing fire works from the roof terrace. There was a security guard on the street only for the room at night time. Nice breakfast served at FCC bar as well.... More

Stayed here for three night during July 2011. Room was good but waaay over priced. Staff were no where to be seen. I like when you know the staff are there if something goes missing or there's an emergency. Upstairs is the bar area. Drinks are cheap. We checked out and headed up to ankgor for a couple of days... We went here for dinner and it was great food with an extensive menu- loads of choice. Excellent view over the water and indoor/outdoor feel. A nice stop in Phnom Penh. We also stopped for lunch in the cafe downstairs which is also owned by them, and that was good too with free wi-fi and good coffee! More

I stayed here for a few days and decided to move on to a better (and cheaper) hotel with decent amenities and security. Overall the room was good and spacious however for the price paid there is much better value nearby. The bar and restaurant are also on the expensive side for Phnom Penh and it seems the throng of... A couple of things disappointed us about FCC but it is a hard to beat location with some very nice features. The bar and restaurant areas are fabulously located over two open air floors naturally cooled by the breeze off the river. The service in these areas is disappointing - with a couple of exceptions there was a surliness and... More

Stayed here for two nights late November 2011. I had visited PP before and decided I would stay here for a bit of a splurge after long flights from Europe via Bangkok. It's probably a bit overpriced but its got a great location and it oozes with character. Again its a restaurant/bar with attached accommodation, not a hotel. If you... More

The Phnom Penh Foreign Correspondents Club (FCC for short) is a great spot at the heart of the Phnom Penh riverside district. The FCC bar and restaurant, which sprawls over two levels of a restored colonial building offering sweeping views of the river and national museum, is a Phnom Penh institution. It is one of the best spots in town... More
