Central location on the waterfront and close to a couple of the bus companies' offices. Clean tiny room and bathroom but fine if you're not spending much time there. Additional charge for internet. more

Very old and grubby. My friend and I had to be careful to step around old vomit stains in the staircase, on the floor and walls. Despite this, we were comfortable enough in our room for our 2 night stay. The price for our twin at $30USD per night was more expensive than I thought it should be, but never... more

This hotel probably peaked in the eighties and hasn't been renovated since. The carpets are musty and there is an oder that permeates the property. However, the friendly, helpful staff informed me that this hotel would start being renovated on 1 January and the renovation would last for six months. We paid $40 for a river view room. It was... more

Booked here following good reviews in the Lonley Planet Guide. The Hotel was awful. Everything was dirty and smelt of smoke. We had to call them up to the room to change the sheets that had blood stains on them, the towels that were filthy, the pillows that were covered in stains. Breakfast was almost inedible, floors sticky and tablecloths... more

I agreed with Euter, from Spore's comment. The hotel looks good outside, but not worth paying US30 (I'm comparing the same price in KL hotel). The tap water always hot not warm. The lobby's cushion was torn. During check-in and check out it's quite slow. more

We stay me and my family for 2 nights there. The first impression is that the location is good but this is the only good point. The rest was terrible. From the check in (no staff smile) to the check out. Between that, we wanted to find the ngo PSE to give them some present for the children. We ask... more

Superficially the hotel looked good though rather worn - like going back into time thirty years ago or so for a three star hotel. What made the stay terrible was that the hot water is better termed as "warm" water, and even that is only at the beginning. After 10 minutes, the water can best be described as having the... more

I stayed here while on a trip with a travel company which prides itself on ethical travel/tourism. The hotel was fine although some others on the tour complained about the quality and cleanliness of the bedding and towels - I thought it was okay for what we paid. Receptionists were nice enough but one ruined it all by offering to... more

Simple and value for money mid sized river front hotel. Reception, lift, security. Rooms have either a view of the Tonle Sap river (boat dock & roof of seafood restaurant) or at the back the outdoor hotel restaurant (rather an eye opener particularly when there are 30 people catering the many weddings hosted at the Riverside) and a tumble-down French... more
