Staff are reasonably friendly and helpful. However, the hotel itself is in very bad shape. Rooms dirty, smelly, tatty and nothing like the pictures you see on the website. Comes with TV & fridge, though. Breakfast had good choices, but almost all Cambodian food. Location is bad -- far from any tourist attraction. Wifi provided in the lobby. Also 2...
