This hotel offers the best location in the center of the city. Located on the corner of the street. The top floor room that I stayed in was spacious and had a nice view. Every amenities are useful. There are many shops and restaurants nearby that made easy for access.

The location was good, and night receptionist was very helpful, but the morning loud of staff on 6th floor (maybe housekeeping staffs) the room facilities were simple and no drinking water for me last night. Should improve the cleanliness and double check for a better stay. Thanks

To high to promote into 3 or even 4 stars category. Old hotel has no hospitality, old furniture, no service standard especialy no level of breakfast. Food was cold and bad presentation. The rooftop restaurant supposed best view and good to be there but has no food and service standard. Could be better actually!

If you only went there to sleep and nothing else, then it's ok. Otherwise breakfast was crap, they had no iron, asked for a packed breakfast and was told they did not provide same, no one to pick up your luggage and most importantly, they are not conveniently located. Everything is far off, so you will have to get a tuk tuk or taxi and stand the chance of being ripped off as a foreigner

Stayed in this hotel after a few days in Siem Reap. Nice place to stay with very comfortable beds and managed to sleep thru the 2 nights when we were there. Room WiFi connection was terrible and had to sit outside near the stair case to get good connection. Had better reception at the lobby. Hotel staff were friendly and the security guards were most helpful in ensuring the Tuk Tuk drivers don't overcharge us.Dining was at the roof top which gave us a good view of the city. Food spread is acceptable. Coffee is Ewwwww.

Rooms: cramped and claustrophobic. None of the rooms have balconies. AC doesn't work efficiently enough. We had to check and switch 3 rooms before finding one with a decently working AC. We were allloted a room with twin beds though we had booked a double bed 2 months in advance. Staff just shrugged their shoulders saying they can't help it, none available. Staff at reception desk speak and understand very very basic English. Extremely difficult to communicate requirements. Not a single person in the restaurant speaks English. Absolutely zero vegetarian options for the buffet breakfast. Only thing available is bread butter and jam. Very unhelpful staff on the whole. No help with luggage. Even refused to provide an extra sugar packet for coffee in the room. Not worth the money you pay. Would never step in here again.

Very poor service. Taps were not working but they refused to fix them or move us to another room. They claimed it was normal and the same in all rooms. Showed me another room where taps did work. Our room was also not clean.
