Clean, no character, decent. Not much to say really. Stayed as part of a tour so can't comment on room rate but if it's $30 or less a night, it seems like a decent option for Phnom Penh.

Such a great hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful. Prime location and easy to access to everywhere in the city. This is my 7th time staying this hotel. I select this hotel for my business traveling to Phnom Penh. The only thing that hotel needs to improve is to increase the internet speed.

I only stayed one night in Phnom Penh at the Cardamom hotel and found it very nice, spacious room clean and well appointed, staff were very polite and friendly and super helpful with travel arrangements and express visas. Wifi in rooms. Well located. Travelling as a single female was recommended by same and would certainly recommend myself.
