Clean, no character, decent. Not much to say really. Stayed as part of a tour so can't comment on room rate but if it's $30 or less a night, it seems like a decent option for Phnom Penh.

Stayed here for three nights as part of an Intrepid tour. Hotel is located in a reasonably central part of Phnom Penh - about a 10 minute walk from the Central Market. Seems reasonably new - fixtures and fittings brand new and aircon in the rooms worked well. Staff were friendly but some had poor English, so if you needed... More

This was booked for us through a tour package - so I'm not sure what price we paid. Overall, not many complaints aside from our shower missing half the door, requiring us to stand as far over in the corner as possible to avoid making a mess on the floor. AC worked well. Beds were pretty rock hard, but not... More

There aren't many nice hotels in town and this one served it's purpose ok as a base for exploring. The rooms smelt like cigarettes and the breakfast was pretty ordinary, also would have been nice to have a pool or gym. But the place was pretty modern and was a respite from he heat

Never a good sign when the hotel cant find your booking from Expedia. The room was ok but had to get the Tv tuning fixed and then only the cartoon network worked. Day two they didnt clean the room and we need to request to get it cleaned and the water to be replaced. Day three they gave away our... More

We stayed at the Cardamom hotel for three nights in November and were pleased overall with the experience. The accommodations were very nice and the staff was professional. It is a bit pricey for Cambodia and the rooms are small, but they are new and very aesthetically appealing. The lobby has a bar, but there is no one at it... More

Such a great hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful. Prime location and easy to access to everywhere in the city. This is my 7th time staying this hotel. I select this hotel for my business traveling to Phnom Penh. The only thing that hotel needs to improve is to increase the internet speed.

I only stayed one night in Phnom Penh at the Cardamom hotel and found it very nice, spacious room clean and well appointed, staff were very polite and friendly and super helpful with travel arrangements and express visas. Wifi in rooms. Well located. Travelling as a single female was recommended by same and would certainly recommend myself.

I stayed here for 3 nights and this hotel is in a great location. It is close to all the bars and most of the major attractions in Phnom Penh. The staff are all very nice and very welcoming especially the bell boy. Rooms were clean, mini bar was reasonably priced and great internet connection in the lobby if you... More
