This is a great hotel where it feels like water is at the centre. The rooms are spacious, clean and very light. There is a great pool with some little sunbathing areas. The food was top notch and the staff friendly. It was amazing value for money and I would definitely recommend it.

Fancied a weekend away from our pool-less pph home. We picked the plantation on a friend's recco plus a great deal on agoda 45$++ inc breakfast and not disappointed. Right in the heart of town, you enter through a gateway and come first to a lovely pond in front of a nice old colonial building. Check in was swift and... More

Loved everything about this hotel. Design, Decor, Food, Location and Staff. Especially the charming staff. Just that little bit different and original compared to the chain hotels. If you stay here you will be comfortable and well looked after.

We stayed here in two rooms in early May. We were on the first floor with balconies looking over the pool. Check-in was by a charming lady and was quick. We were able to move into one room straight away even though we had checked in early. The hotel was also kind to meet our request for rooms to be... More

Having stayed at sister hotels Blue Lime and the Pavilion, my expectations of this new hotel were high. What you get here is a large hotel (in comparison), with style and character. The rooms are as funky as any you'll find in the west and at a fraction of the cost. The pool is stunning. Just stunning... Topping it off... More

An oasis amongst the hustle and bustle of the city. This urban resort an spa is a sister company of The Pavillion, which is an historical colonial building we had stayed in before (and loved). Both are located just down the road, not far from the Royal Palace. Unlike the traditional The Pavilion, The Plantation is of modern chic decor... More

The hotel is well located, within easy walk to the center, restaurants etc. It is very modern too (so modern that parts of it still seem to be under construction, making for a bit of noise sometimes!) My room was adequate. A few minor annoyances like the safe not working, the mosquito net above my bed being covered in dust,... More

We stayed at the Plantation in a pool view room for 4 nights/5 days in the middle of April during Khmer New Year - which might be one of the reasons for this rather negative review. Positive sides: - Location - Very nice staff at restaurants and reception - Hotel buildings/close surroundings - Pool view rooms and balconies (1.st floor)... More

I am very sorry we have disappointed you with the swimming pool. I have instructed the staff to be very cautious on chemicals. It is very easy to get rid of everything by just adding chlorine, which is not good for the health. We might step up a little as algae does not look good even if they are less... More

This place was great. An oasis away from the streets with a great pool area and decent food. The rooms were modern and spacious and the staff very helpful. It's probably a bit pricey but well worth it! Great time.
