Good hotel - admidst the mayhem that Phnom Penh is. Very well run and staff very efficient, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast adequate. Rooms clean but stairs could be cleaned a little better. Location a bit unsafe at night though - streets badly lit. Picture on the website of entrance a bit misleading.
