We stayed here for 2 nights after reading all the great reviews of this guesthouse and i can see why! Staff - the staff are all really friendly and helpful and make it a really family atmosphere. Location - near the Grand Palace and about 10 minute walk to the bars/restaurants so it's easy to get out at night but... More

This lovely, small guesthouse is set in a cool garden in a quiet alley neighborhood that's near major tourist attractions and shopping. The European owner is knowledgeable and the staff is helpful. After breakfast in the garden I was ready to explore the bustling city and afterwards was glad to relax outdoors on the public terrace or my balcony. And... More

First of all, staff are very friendly & the owner Mr. Christian is very helpful. In our first night we couldn't find a room in this guesthouse but they helped us a lot to find another one around. Next day we transferred here. Room was quite big, silent & clean, towels & linens were good. A/C was new and silent.... More

Great location, with a nice park across the street and the river nearby. I was feeling unsure upon arrival, as the only marker we could find on the main street was a sandwich-board type thing, and we walked up a somewhat dingy alley following the sign to a large gate. Upon opening the gate, we were suddenly in a beautiful,... More

Rooms were large, nicely decorated and very clean. Bathroom was good- water pressure was average and no shower cubicle. Service wasn't very good- they took ages to serve us breakfast even though we arrived early and told them we had a flight to catch, and they weren't overly friendly. Although the breakfast was very good (it was included) and the... More

Stayed here with my husband on our 3day trip to Phnom Penh city. A little charming oasis of peace amidst of bustling city centre. Close to everything important to visit while on tour. We literally walked all around Phnom Penh from here. Has a surprising quiet location just off Sothearos Blvd, on the turn between Sher-E-Punjab restaurant and Motor Cafe.... More

We stayed here for one night. The room we had in the first floor was fairly small. AC was not working well. There was a nice terrace outside. A big plus of the the guest house is its quietness 100 m off the main road. Obviously it is not so easy to find for tuktuk drivers. The breakfast was good.... More

The Alibi is an old Thai home that has been converted into a guest house. It is down a small alley and is relatively hard to find. But boy is it worth it. When you get tired of screaming backpackers and the sex trade type of hotel the Alibi is the place for you. The rooms are quite large and... More

Stayed there 2 nights. The manager, Christian, is french and really friendly. Twin bed large room with AC with window and bathroom: 22 dol. Located near royal palace and not so far from the river, you have to walk a bit to reach crowded sisowath Road along the river. Quiet garden with a pool table where you can rest. Good... More

Rooms are pretty large, with a private bathroom, and a TV. Location is good, only about 5 minutes walk to Royal Palace. Hotel has a quiet nice balcony too. Staffs only OK, not to friendly but not rude either. It's a pretty good hotel!
