Room and bathroom could have been a lot cleaner. There was an ant infestation in my room - and they made their way into my bags. Having said that, my bed was the most comfortable of all the hotels (some much more expensive) I satyed in during my time in Cambodia. The room was pretty quiet. The area was nothing... More

Very friendly and helpful staff. Helped organize bus tickets and transfers. Looked after our luggage while we were travelling around Cambodia. They have a shop on the bottom floor. We stayed in a tripple room with a big window towards the street. The room quality varies so ask for a room with a big window towards the street.

Dirty, smelly rooms, much too expensive. The bedsheets were very dirty and full of spots, unclean bathroom. A lot of noise from outside. Note: if you book with booking.com, they have a wrong address of the hotel, the right address i street 63, number 157 (instead of number 57).

We found finding a hotel in PP quite difficult due to the plethora of mixed reviews. This was the cheapest option that wasn't completely bagged. At $16 a night it's cheap (although they tried to charge $17 for an extra night). No breakfast or restaurant. The room/bathroom was tidy but not clean at all. A/C worked well which was essential.... 1. On 4th of April 2011, we booked our first night(for 5th April 2011) at the Phnom Penh City Hotel through booking.com with the rate of USD 17, using a debit card. we received a confirmation email stating that our booking is then confirmed and guaranteed using our credit card (debit card). by the email, we assumed that the payment... Very hard to find! 2 tuk tuk drivers couldn't find it and gave up on us. It is not at the building number specified so I would recommend researching and writing down its location on a map before you go there. We needed it just for a nights sleep before travelling home so go the cheapest we could. It was... More

My colleague/friend and I stayed in PPC hotel for 2 nights and we liked this hotel very much. The rooms are large and clean, the staff are friendly. It was also very affordable. We paid only USD28 for two nights! It's also close to pretty much everything. There are always tuktuks waiting outside to take you anywhere in Phnom Penh.... More

Only good point was it was near a supermarket and not to far from all attractions. The room was really dirty, especially the bathroom (which looked liked it hadn't been cleaned in ages), and we had to ask them to empty the bins which had rubbish left from the previous occupant. We came back one day to find our room... More

For USD18 a day we had a family room. Huge. Big bathroom. Fridge. Towel change and free bottled water daily. Free lock up valuables (2 keys). Took advantage of free - shouldn't have been - internet. Great staff. Friendly and funny. Near to restaurants, cafes, supermarket and travel agent. Small shop on the side. Bun, the owner, let us use... More

Very nice hotel. I stayed here for 10 nights and just checked out earlier today. I thought it was excellent. As I'm travelling solo I just needed a single bed but got a twin room (like most they don't have singles). Nice to have decent air con and pay tv and they cleaned my room every 2 or 3 days.... More
