The room was reasonably priced for what it was and was clean enough. The guesthouse was located on one of the red light districts in Phnom Penh and (as part of a couple) I felt uncomfortable. There were a lot of what i imagine were sex tourists frequenting the hotel and the surrounding area and this put me off.

This is a no frills hotel at a reasonable price. It's very safe in a great location, good restaurant and rare to Phnom Penh beggers aren't allowed to approach you in bar/restaurant which is a nice change.
