I stayed here because my house was having water problem, a broken pipe and it was being repaired. I have known about the NGH before and the room rate was just within my budget. I stayed with my two teenage children ages 13 and 14. I found the place safe and convenient even if there are not many staff in sight and the place was quite. But when I need someone I can just call the reception and someone is always there to answer my calls and queries. The building infront of it has many people staying and thus the quietness at NGH was okey. I say it is truly value for my money considering the rooms are big, the facilities are standard of a decent hotel within its range (soap, toilet papers, tea/coffee making facilities etc.) , and the cleanliness is remarkably maintained. There is also internet connection. It is comparably much much better than any other lodgings with which charges less. I can't ask for more at the rate they are charging! Or I may get horns on my head! more
