I was initially happy with my 1-night stay here. Room was good, clean and with an unnecessarily enormous bath. However, although my hotel bill was paid the next month, over 3 months later the same charge appeared again on my credit card statement, i.e. I had been charged twice for the same visit. A small, hotel in what looks like a recently developed area of Baku. At 76 Manats a night (~ €76) and a 6 Manat taxi ride from the centre makes it an attractive alternative to the prices of most hotels in the downtown and tourist areas of Baku.
