I stayed there for 19 days on a business trip, I asked for a single room, but kindly I had an upgrade to a double one, I had no need for the extra bed since the rooms are extremely small that you can hardly move inside of it, but they couldn't take a single bed out of the room or... More

When you compare with other hotels, you can find better alternatives according to the price and quality . Great breakfast, clean but small rooms, normal service, good spa and fitness. New hotels are been building in Baku, this hotel should check their prices,in the near future ...

Business trip. Flight arrived at 4.20 am and I didn't get to the hotel until 6am. Greeted efficiently by desk clerk with no hassle finding reservation and getting to the room as soon as possible. Asked for a 09.45 wake up call. Exactly on time. Didn't get to try the restaurants etc. Asked if I could leave bags for a... More

Very well trained and friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast very rich. Room a little cozy but dressed on 5* level. Free WiFi in the rooms. The Hotel has open swimming pool - great opportunity in summer time. Location - a little bit far from the old city but if you take into account that taxi costs in Baku very cheap,... More

There are two Hyatts next to each other with a wonderfull health club shared between them. We chose the Regency as it's decor was more to our taste. Contemporary and understated. There is not much for tourists to do in the neighborhood and most of the guests were businessmen. It's a 4 or 5 Manat ride to the Old town... More

The hotel is pleasant, clean, good-sized bathrooms (I had a shower and a bath in mine, weighing scales, bathrobes, slippers), TV, room service, etc. There was a possibility to use the spa centre in the nearby Hyatt Park, as well as an outside pool at the Regency. The food at the restaurant was wonderful (breakfast and lunch, did not have... More

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights at the start of a 3-week tour of the three ex-Soviet Caucasian republics. The Hyatt is centrally located, and is comfortable, with a good breakfast buffet. To my surprise, the two computers near the reception desk were free, unlike those in many other 5-star hotels.

Pros: Hyatt brand, nicely decorated room with welcome fruit plate and wine. Cons: Pick-up from airport: the driver was not too friendly, did not offer to help with the luggages, avoided eye contacts. The only conversation was asking to sign the sheet to agree with the transfer price. Check-in was slow, we booked a suite on the executive floor but... More

I found the staff, facilities and rooms perfect for my business trip. The hotel provides a nice relaxing place to rest in after a hectic day in the office with a reasonably busy bar and a quality restaurant. The attached gym and spar is worth a visit as well.
