Parts of the staff are not speaking english, matresses were soggy, bathroom faucets broken, didn't get a receipt when paying the bill. Seen much better places for less money.

We had a great time in Hue, because the reception is very nice to us. We booked this hotel via a website and there's no problem when we arrive. They provide everything as indicated in the confirmation. Furthermore, they provide us 4 bicycles without charge by the reason we booked in advance via the website.
