My husband and I stayed at this horrible hotel in June 2006 - there were problems from the moment we arrived!

First of all we was told that we would be picked up from the airport free of charge by the hotel taxi, when we arrived the lady on reception (who hardly spoke any English) asked for 20 US$ for the taxi fare - of course we refused as the deal was that the ride was free of charge, after a 5 minute argument they decided to not charge us - may I add that the people on reception were very rude and were talking in Vietnamese and mocking us.

We was then shown to a room I have to say it was clean but the air conditioner was not working and the hotel said that they had cable tv when infact they didnt have - Vietnamese television only which was no good for us!. When we enquired they sent up 3 young guys who were just staring at us and looking really dodgy and checking out what we had in our room and again speaking among themselves in Vietnamese and laughing and playing... more
