We stayed for just 1 night and enjoyed the comfort. The room was nice, even though it had no window (which is strange, but most hotels in vietnam have that option!). Fantastic value for 20 US, we had a superior room which was clean, comfortable bed, LCD TV, fridge, and two comfortable chairs. Didn't book in advance but this was one of a few researched options. We were immediately shown a choice of rooms and selected one overlooking the Perfume river at the end of the road. The hotel is very clean and excellent. The staff and owner is very friendly. Free Wifi provided. The location is very near to some of the restaurant and 5 minutes walk to the nearby beach.

Upon arrival we were shown 3 rooms than upgraded to Room 208 Clearly hotel staff and owner try their best to accommodate customers Brand new room with big window and fridge , sparkling clean bathroom with all amenities Free Wifi fast and reliable . Breakfast had plenty of varieties. from fresh fruits to a mix of vietnamese and western.

Clean, no frills hotel. Basic service, not overly friendly, but clean. Great location and walkable to everything. Breakfast was good, but couldn't get the staff to refill basic items like fruit without constantly having to ask.
