Bearing in mind this is a 3 star hotel I thought the standard was very high. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the breakfast excellent and all the staff we dealt with helpful and efficient. The location also was very convenient to good shopping and sightseeing walks. What more can any one ask for?

stayed here with our family in the suite again after a 2 year absence and found the place exactly the same and lacking character/enthusiasm. pool is great but no atmospere and only good for cool off as its under cover. breakfast was ok. we will try elsewhere next time for the price. great restaurants nearby

We stayed three night's in the May hotel. The rooms are very clean and it's just a few minutes walk from the market, the operahouse and various restaurants. Apart from the restaurant staff, we did'nt find the Vietnamese hospitality we were used to experience in other hotels.

Aircon stopped working on 2nd night - we had a room change fairly quickly. Breakfast was slightly strange - more like left over main course from the night before. Overall a good choice in HCMC. Great location, 1 minute from the opera house. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, including some great japanese restaurants. Some decent views from my room (12th floor). Overall, good value.

We had a couple of issues at first which resulted in us requesting to be moved from the first 2 rooms we were put in.
