We visted the hotel for the New Year. On check out it became apparent that the hotel had damaged our property. The staff then tried to cover up the damage they had done. We booked 2 nights on our aeroplan points. We must have been in the older tower, but our room was nonetheless very nice, much better than I was expecting. The bathroom was very large and clean, separate tub and shower stall. Compared to the Caravelle, which we stayed for 2 nights afterwards, I much preferred the Sheraton. more
