Having stayed in many other hotels & hostels in the same areas, I am totally disappointed about this one. The Sunny hotel is NOT sunny at all! The staff never smile. The room (delux & executive) are very tiny. The delux room doesn't even have a window. I have 2 discount vouchers to use the executive room here but both... More

We arrived at the hotel at 3am. Staff unlocked the door and checked us in. Our friend was also staying at the hotel and the receptionist gave us a note she had left for us. The English level of the hotel staff was relatively low, but nothing to complain about. They booked a tour for us, got us taxis whenever... More

This was our very first SE Asia hotel experience. The front desk did NOT speak good English, and they did NOT have our room ready for us. My friend and I had to share a bed the first night then switch over to a room with two beds the next day. In addition, around 6am the first morning, someone was... More

Reception.....The female behind reception was rude to us because we had waited nearly an hour for our room which wasn't ready and because I kept asking she got annoyed and muttered something to her colleague. The staff speak little English and there is a young man there who is either watching tv or asleep in the reception. Breakfast....This hotel states... More

Short walk to all the bars and restaurants just down the road. Helpful staff who helped to arrange trips, taxis and buses for us which was a big help as this was our first place we stayed in Vietnam and one of the best. Breakfast was simple but good as were the rooms, nothing to complain about really, the internet... More

We stayed there for one night as stopover from Cambodia to Hanoi. It is easy to walk to Pham Ngu Lau and main attractions from Hotel. The staff is OK, although not so nice as that in Cambodia. Room facilities are very poor: we were at the 5th floor without window; the room are very humid and smelly; the fridge... More

In January we stayed here for 2 nights. We then moved to the coast (Mui Ne) for a couple of nights & then came back here for a further night. In terms of the actual hotel - it's great. The location couldn't be better (near enough yet not too near to all of the bars/restaurants). We paid extra to get... More

The staff were both welcoming and helpful, giving advice and maps and asking if all was well while we were there. The hotel is new and very clean; rooms are spotless and the bathroom has a good, powerful shower. There were no windows in the deluxe room in which we stayed; however, the comfortable matress was a good distraction and... More

At the start of our four weeks journey through Vietnam we stayed there for three nights. Afterwards, we missed $80 but thought we left them at home. Stayed there again for one night at the end of our journey. After a powercut to the hotel we found wax from a candle all over a rucksack and money was missing again... More
