Stayed here several times, since the service is good and the location is excellent — it's quiet, walkable to many shopping stores, landmarks, bars and restos in District 1. It's no problem walking back in the evenings after a night-out. If you still want to party, Apocalypse bar is just 1 minute away. If you don't feel like walking, it's... More

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The room is small but clean with lcd tv. however the carpet is old and need to be changed. i managed to get discount for a few dollars after talking to manager in charge. Location wise, it's near to major attractions but far from Ben Thant market (15 -20 minutes by walking).... More

During out last stay they tried to sell us a more expensive room because they were full. I took our bags out to a taxi, to leave, with the staff running after me because they wanted the business. They suddenly "found" our room which really pissed me off. They did make up for being sneaky by charging us 1/2 price... More

Ok, I guess you get what you pay for. Location is good, but rooms are old, run down and in poor taste, although it seems clean. There is a plack in the room that states " no prostitutes allowed".... Just in case you wanted to bring one along, lol?!?!

Despite being a budget hotel, service was top-notch in my opinion. The girls at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. and so was the man at the door. We didn't expect much from the rooms, knowing that we didn't pay much for it. It was a good place to rest your head after a long day's walk exploring... More

The hotel is a 2* with a nice design. The double room includes jacuzzi which I enjoyed after 3 weeks backpacking across Vietnam. Staff is sweet and helpful. Location is also good in the heart of District 1. The highlights is the great buffet breakfast, probably the best I had in vietnam. Delicious.

Best word to describe this hotel. The staff are great, helpful, attentive and very nice. They make you feel welcome and speak great english. Breakfast is a good spread (it is great if you are meat eater / non muslim - but they do accommodate). Note there are about 5 halal food restaurants within 2 mins walk. Two computers with... More

I traveled with my friend to vietnam and stayed in Mai hotel for three nights. We paid 32 USD per room per night that made me paid only $16 per night. The hotel was placed in district 1, accross to the river, walking distance to benh tahn market, and two bloks away from pacharan cafe. The staffs were extremely friendly,... More
