From entering the hotel on arrival from the Airport, I was treated with respect and a warm welcome. The hotel is clean, comfortable and has most things you could want. The buffet breakfast is basic but quite sufficient - both cooked and continental. The location is fairly central to most places of interest, although walking in the humidity means that... More

Very busy hotel with lots of groups. Clean but very small rooms and bathrooms. No views and not the best location.

Our room was super small, but clean. Flat TV, coffee, tea, big bed, nice bathroom, free wi-fi. Big minus: 1 tiny window looks inside the hotel building. Breakfast is tasty (standart continental), but the territory of the restaurant is too small for all guests. Hotel has an excellent location! Near "War remnants museum", "Water puppet show" and big park! In... More

This hotel was booked as part of a tour - and I certainly wouldn't have chosen it myself. The first room they showed us had two double beds (!!! Who needs two double beds!!??) but it also had a tiny window that instead of looking outside it overlooked an internal staircase. Not only was this very unsecure - but as... More

Based on other hotels I visited in south east Asia, I found the rooms at the Sapphire to be small, and the bed was harder than most. This hotel is in a good location, and rooms are clean. The bathroom was very nice here. I was in a group tour and was paired with another traveler. They would not give... More

I stayed here over 2 consecutive weekends. Had a few issues with some of the rooms: Room #1 bad wifi so switched rooms, room # 2 was fine. Upon returning the following weekend room #3 smelled foul so switched rooms. Room #4 shower pressure and water temp fluctuated greatly due to being on the top floor. The water pump has... More

We spent a couple of nights at the Sapphire Hotel and found it to be adequate, but wholly average. There's nothing too terrible about it, and nothing great about it, either. The hotel is on a relatively quiet (by the standards of Saigon) street, which is nice. The hotel itself is pretty average in terms of decor and cleanliness. The... More

We were very happy with the location of this place. It was a mere 10 dollar ride from the Airport and about 30 mins. From the hotel we were only 10-15 mins walk from the Ben Thanh Market and various other touristy spots including the Backpacker area. The city doesn't quite feel as safe after dark as other places but... More

We booked this motel thru our travel agent. We were given a small room on level 11. It was well appointed and very clean. However, the kitchen is just upstairs and so it was noisy early morning and nite. A good breakfast selection, but the rooftop dining area can get crowded. Attentive staff. Centrally located, near the large covered market.... More

The hotel lobby looks pretty nice and impressive. We got two rooms, both has 1 king bed and 1 double, needless to say, our rooms were HUGE. I think they were large because they were end rooms, right next to the emergency exit/stairs. Our windows lead into the stairway, but we don't really care. Though impressive on first entering, and...
