we only stayed in HCMC for 2 nights at this hotel, we didn't find any faults, we had a very comfortable room with a/c, cable tv, free wifi, fridge/minibar and safe, we booked a deluxe room with no windows which was ok for a short stay but if we'd stayed longer we would have preferred a window. the breakfast buffet... I stayed at this hotel based on the draw of a reasonable rate for a Suite Room (as publicised), but I was in for a disappointment as the so-called suite was nothing more than just the size of any Standard or Deluxe room. The only privilege was being on the high floor and the added luxury of a jacuzzi bath... More

We stay in Queen Ann for 3 nignts. The room is good, clean and tidy. The shower is good as the water pressure is high so you no need to wait long for cold water to turn hot. Besides, Wifi is provided but they didnt inform you until you ask them for password then they will let you know password... More

This hotel is the first of many on our 3 week tour of Vietnam, and if they are all going to be like this one then I will be very happy with the rest. The staff were very helpful, and could not do enough for you. Im not really sure if this was good value for money as my friends... More

The rooms were very good, the bed comfortable and the AC quiet. An excellent breakfast was provided, including dim sum and other asian choices. The only problem for us was that the hotel was not in a very good area for older tourists like us - we had to take a taxi to the area with good restaurants and shops.

This hotel is all about value for money. $40 per night, good breakfast, free wifi, excellent service from staff and most importantly for Saigon, good location. this is not an all singing all dancing hotel, it doesn't have a gym or a pool or anything like that, but it is a very comfortable hotel and great value for money if... This is one of the bigger budget hotels we saw in Ho Chi Minh city and bargained a 50 USD room down to 35 USD! (This is next door to the more popular Family Inn Hotel and compared with the Hoang Lien Hotel, which we stayed in earlier, this was a very giood hotel/room) The room was good, with modern... More

I paid $32 and felt I got the most value from this hotel out of all the ones I stayed at on Bui Thi Xuan street over 2 weeks. Mainly, it was the decor and amenities that made the difference. The furniture and decor are much nicer and more modern than the other hotels and the hallways are much better... More

Spent there for couple nights. It is a three star establishment and much more fancier than other hotels in the area (which is a bit sketchy). Breakfast is included in the price and they offer a good selection for westerners. Hotel has a massage parlor in the basement with very good prices (plus you get a discount as a hotel... More

After a day of scouring Saigon for places to stay, I was surprised that I was offered a room after I walked right into the lobby and requested a room for the night. The front desk offered me a superior room at $40 USD and after inspecting the room, I quickly accepted only to stay an additional four nights. Queen... More
